Computers And Your Health.
I have worked for a living on a computer for a few years now, and find that it can be a health hazard! It is a sedentary lifestyle if you are not careful, which can lead to a bad back, neck ache, and circulation problems in you legs. As your health is your most vital commodity there are certain rules I abide by: Never sit for more than half an hour at a time, even if you only get up and walk around the house for 5 minutes. Every hour do stretching exercises. Every 2 hours go out of the house for 10 minutes or so and breathe in some fresh air, walk briskly so you are a little out of breath. At the end of the day engage in some physical activity such as working out, swimming, running etc. It is easy to get into this routine if you work them into your daily work schedule and it will give you a new lee of life.
