Blackburn Rovers new black manager
I am pleased that Blackburn Rovers, my football team in the UK, are the first Premiership club to appoint an English black manager.
Paul Ince was a terrific player for Manchester United, Inter Milan and Liverpool, among others, and now he has transferred his talents to management.
Blackburn should be congratulated for making a bold move for a young black English manager.
He has a hard job in replacing Mark Hughes, who has moved to Manchester City, but I am sure he will be more than up to the job.
